Who Thrives Here?

A look into our students' expertise and their thoughts on how Thought Leaders Business School helped them thrive.

Who Thrives Here - Banners - Christopher Littlefield

Christopher Littlefield is a Black Belt and an expert in helping people create environments where the conversations that matter most at work can actually happen.

His work focuses on building relationships grounded in trust, open communication, and everyday actions—like recognition and appreciation—that make people feel seen and valued. With a background in conflict resolution, he uses those same tools not just to resolve conflicts, but to prevent unnecessary ones from arising in the first place.

Understanding the importance of tracking sales activity—how many meetings he needs, proposals out, and deals closed—has been a game-changer for Christopher and has made him more commercially smart. Embracing the “dollars up, days down” mindset helped him shift from trading time for money to creating more value in less time.

We also asked Christopher about the best thing he has gotten out of his time in Business School and this is what he said, “Beyond the incredible community and friendships, TLBS has given me a space to learn how to actually do the business side of my work. I knew how to speak, train, and create content—but I didn’t know how to package it, price it, or sell it effectively. TLBS provided both the practical knowledge and the supportive network to help me grow commercially and personally.”

While he regards speaker and trainer as his favorites and his primary modes, being in Business School helped him expand into roles like mentor, coach, and author, allowing him to deliver greater value through more comprehensive offerings.

When asked for a productivity hack that has positively impacted his practice, he shares that recording meetings using the Voice Memos app on his phone—with permission—has been a massive productivity win. “It allows me to capture everything, transcribe it automatically, and use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate summaries or update proposals. This one habit has saved me countless hours and streamlined my workflow significantly.”
