Who Thrives Here?
A look into our students' expertise and their thoughts on how Thought Leaders Business School helped them thrive.

Chanel Grenaway is currently a Blue Belt and is an expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and she would like to be known for sparking engagement, inspiration, and action that leads to more equitable practices.
Chanel says that the Curriculum is a game-changer that has helped her explore her IP, interrupt some patterns and thinking that does not serve her, and has expanded her awareness and belief in what's possible. The multiple ways we are able to dive into the curriculum, use it, and customize it are invaluable to her as well.
When asked about what has made her more commercially smart, she says, "Clicking conversations are critical. I'm still working on my approach but I know that the more I can empathize and demonstrate my understanding of a client's problems, the easier the sale. Staying in conviction in terms of my value and offerings are also elements of the curriculum that have created shifts for me."
A fundamental shift that made the difference in her practice is one of her mantras "I am not an outsourced employee". She adds, "When I'm able to shift into 'I am a Thought Leader' then I'm really moving towards doing work that I love, with people that I like, the way I want."
Facilitator and Trainer modes have gotten her to Blue Belt as she enjoy those modes, but now she's also carving out time to build her Coaching, Speaking, and Authoring practice.
