Student Journey
The Journey
To become part of Thought Leaders is to embark on a journey of personal growth and professional development. Unlike a traditional business course with exams and assessments, the Thought Leaders’ way of learning will see you apply principles and methods to grow your own professional practice from day one.
In this way, it is more akin to studying a martial art. As a beginner, you need to understand the fundamental principles, tactics and methods. Then it is a matter of applying energy, time and discipline to refining and mastering the methodology with the guidance and support of peers and mentors. And like a martial art, it is up to the individual to decide how far they wish to take their development.
The martial arts analogy is not by chance. Founder Matt Church worked as a martial arts instructor early in his career and has applied some of the principles of progressive mastery to the Thought Leaders’ learning culture. This includes using the system of coloured belts to identify different levels of proficiency and financial success.
