A number of years ago I decided that the best job in the world would be to hang out with smart people and enjoy the results of better thinking and better conversations. Since then, it has been my privilege to sit alongside some brilliant thinkers as they ‘unpack’ quality ideas that can change the world.
The role of the expert has been redefined. The ability to access information or data alone is no longer a premium - we don’t need more experts to give us more information and Google is responsible. If you need the answer to any question just go to a website.
‘The ‘new’ role of the expert is to created three things: context, relevance and meaning, and what we need is people who can capture, package and deliver information in a way that goes beyond just 'bits and bytes'.
In this directory you will find the profiles of many great Thought Leaders on a variety of topics and areas of expertise. They speak at conferences, they write books, they coach individuals and organisations and they consult on a diverse range of subject areas.
Some have opted to tell you a lot about what they do and some have opted to tell you only a bit and some are just happy to give you contact details. We love them all but in each case suggest you form a relationship where you can assess whether one particular experts advice is right for you.
One of the things we do as a cooperative is to provide a platform for people to develop a position in the world as a subject matter expert. We don’t in this project; control, restrict or assess capability or competence. We simply present Thought Leaders to you wholesale.
Our intent at Thought Leaders is to inspire thinking and facilitate conversations. We hope that you are able to achieve this by using one of these people in your life or business.
